Meet Your Teachers

Satya is a yogini and spiritual guide whose lifelong devotion to Truth was ignited by a near-death experience at age 13, leading her through decades of study with masters including Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, Papaji, the Dalai Lama, B.K.S. Iyengar, and S.N. Goenka across Europe, India, and the U.S. An ERYT500-certified teacher since 1997, she has founded numerous yoga schools and retreat centers and now shares the dharma (with her life partner Sahaj) to all who are ready to remember their limitless, timeless nature with grace, love, and wonder.

Satya

Sahaj is a dedicated yoga practitioner and spiritual guide whose spontaneous awakening in early life sparked a 30-year journey studying with lineage teachers across traditions, including S.N. Goenka, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Tenzin Wangyal, and Zen master Hogen. Weaving together Vipassana, Mahayana, and Tibetan Buddhism, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, Dzogchen, and energy healing, he brings clarity, skillfulness, curiosity, and a sense of fun to an individual-centered approach, offering each student precisely the method their path requires.

Sahaj

“Our precious human life has within it a seed. It is a potential, a possibility, and with the right conditions, it will sprout and flourish. This sprout of awakening, which can grow into an enormous tree, is our human potential. There is so much more to being human than we can ever imagine. And we can help this possibility in us by becoming more conscious of all aspects of our being.” -Sahaj
